About Me

Not a consultant. An entrepreneur who gets things done.

I'm not a classic consultant who delivers a report and moves on. As an experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years of hands-on knowledge, I get actively involved — whether as a coach who creates clarity, or as a teammate who rolls up their sleeves.

My strength lies in breadth: I understand how businesses work because I've run them myself. Whether sales, marketing, project management, or coaching — I bring entrepreneurial thinking to every task.

I work in German, English and French — with hands-on experience across four start-ups, from the initial idea to international export, including the build up of Essento Food AG, including policy process in Switzerland as well as the EU. For you, that means direct communication, no lost-in-translation moments, and a partner who truly understands what it means to build something from scratch.
